Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, product colours and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

• Orders are processed only after EFT payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
• Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping

• We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using PAXI by PEP.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct PEP store name, PAXI store code, and delivery information.
• Delivery times begin once an order has been processed and dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

Crowned by Precious is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
