Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after EFT payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your PAXI tracking details.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using PAXI by PEP.

  • PAXI Economy (7–9 Business Days): R60
  • PAXI Standard (3–5 Business Days): R110

Please note: The delivery times above begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

PAXI Collection

When selecting PAXI delivery, please provide:

  • Your preferred PEP store name
  • The correct PAXI store code
  • The correct city and postal code

Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection information. Crowned by Precious is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your PAXI tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.
