Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges may only be considered if the wig is returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The lace has been cut.
  • The wig has been worn.
  • Any styling or hair products have been applied.
  • The wig has been washed, altered, or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
